VERY IMPORTANT! If you want to create your own I highly suggest you use another, more simpler base. Not only did I extend some actions I also created new actions as well as improves/changes a few actions around to my liking. I GUTTED THE CODING! D<

1) -Extract the RAR file to anywhere, most preferably on your Desktop.
-Open the file and double click on the "Shimeji" Application.
-Porridge should fall from the sky to take over your computer!

2) If by chance, you get an error message either in Japanese or some squares go to this website: www.group-finity.com/Shimeji/d…
-Go to the bottom of the page and download the shimeji of your choice~
-Install it. (You need java 6 in order for it to work.)
-Follow the steps in #1. It should work now.

I used 's shimeji to help me get started with a few frames as well as the height of the shimeji. :'D

Minor Edit: There are a few noticeable colour bled pixels on dark backgrounds. I can't get rid of them! D:
